Jermaine was our concierge and he did an amazing job. He was always one text away no matter the time of day. He did everything form set up our food delivery beachside to having a washer and dryer delivered to our villa . I will definitely be back with family as he made our girls trip one to remember.

We had a great stay at Playa Palmera. The Resort is nice and has everything you need. Itâs walking distance to the beach. Our villa was clean and as advertised. Our concierge was very accommodating. Davidson showed us so much hospitality and he was very attentive to our group. I highly recommend this resort.

We stayed at the resort for 5 days and truly enjoyed our experience! Playa Palmera feels more secluded and relaxed than the hustle and bustle of other resorts. The staff are extremely friendly. The restaurants on the property have all been delicious. Booking excursions was also easy and very fun. Our only complaints were that we were near a building under construction which was often noisy and messy. Noise and mess comes with new features so this isnât a drawback whatsoever. Our bathroom showers also flooded the entire bathroom which was frustrating at times. The resort seems to be a work in process in terms of remodels but we would most definitely stay here again.

I was there with my wife in January. We had large apartment with pool view. Air conditioners and wi fi worked perfectly. Pools are very nice and warm. Beach is less than 500m far from apartment and you can walk or get picked up with carts. As we were on almost every beach in Punta Cana I guarantee that this one is the cleanest without sea weed. There are few bars restaurants and supermarket. Although everything was perfect for us one thing delighted us especially. It is the staff. Everyone including security gardeners waiters cart drivers receptioners... were extremely friendly helpful and smiling all the time. And one tip book directly on their web site to avoid extra costs.

Customer service was excellent except the breakfast place Mami Chula the employee there that was attentive was Jean Carlos the other ladies sadly were rude but the most disappointing was that there numerous of flies inside around the buffer food something needs to be done about that and the food was cold. The Florecita restaurant excellent service and delicious food. Our waiter both nights Juan Carlos was excellent. Also the coffee shop Poppi the lady in the morning her name is Mayelin was great and coffee there was wonderful. She was my favorite. Room service ladies also great. And I must give credit to 3 of the transports on the property Yensy Joche and Luis. The 3 gentleman were friendly and made the experience lots of fun. And lastly Davidson the concierge helped from checking to checkout. Informative attentive friendly extremely helpful. Overall wonderful experience. Just work in the breakfast restaurant. Also the beach restaurant Cast Away and staff were excellent food and drinks was great.

A great place to relax! Our apartment was very spacious clean and provided complete privacy. There was a large swimming pool right outside. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. And the beach is the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life! I will never forget the fragrance of the air and the color of the ocean water. It simply has to be seen with your own eyes! The bars and restaurants located in the resort offer excellent local and international cuisine. The resort's personnel deserve special appreciation - all are very helpful and friendly. The resort also has a supermarket with awesome personnel who help us with everything and always greeted us with a smile. A great place for the whole family. I can't wait to visit Playa Palmera again! Jermaine was our concierge and he did an amazing job. He was always one text away no matter the time of day. He did everything form set up our food delivery beachside to having a washer and dryer delivered to our villa . I will definitely be back with family as he made our girls trip one to remember.

We had a great stay at Playa Palmera. The Resort is nice and has everything you need. Itâs walking distance to the beach. Our villa was clean and as advertised. Our concierge was very accommodating. Davidson showed us so much hospitality and he was very attentive to our group. I highly recommend this resort.

We stayed at the resort for 5 days and truly enjoyed our experience! Playa Palmera feels more secluded and relaxed than the hustle and bustle of other resorts. The staff are extremely friendly. The restaurants on the property have all been delicious. Booking excursions was also easy and very fun. Our only complaints were that we were near a building under construction which was often noisy and messy. Noise and mess comes with new features so this isnât a drawback whatsoever. Our bathroom showers also flooded the entire bathroom which was frustrating at times. The resort seems to be a work in process in terms of remodels but we would most definitely stay here again.

The food here was incredible and I think that is an understatement. The workers are so kind and fun. The rooms and kitchen and rooftop and living area in the apartments are spacious and not worn down. I love this place and will be returning!

I was there with my wife in January. We had large apartment with pool view. Air conditioners and wi fi worked perfectly. Pools are very nice and warm. Beach is less than 500m far from apartment and you can walk or get picked up with carts. As we were on almost every beach in Punta Cana I guarantee that this one is the cleanest without sea weed. There are few bars restaurants and supermarket. Although everything was perfect for us one thing delighted us especially. It is the staff. Everyone including security gardeners waiters cart drivers receptioners... were extremely friendly helpful and smiling all the time. And one tip book directly on their web site to avoid extra costs.

Customer service was excellent except the breakfast place Mami Chula the employee there that was attentive was Jean Carlos the other ladies sadly were rude but the most disappointing was that there numerous of flies inside around the buffer food something needs to be done about that and the food was cold. The Florecita restaurant excellent service and delicious food. Our waiter both nights Juan Carlos was excellent. Also the coffee shop Poppi the lady in the morning her name is Mayelin was great and coffee there was wonderful. She was my favorite. Room service ladies also great. And I must give credit to 3 of the transports on the property Yensy Joche and Luis. The 3 gentleman were friendly and made the experience lots of fun. And lastly Davidson the concierge helped from checking to checkout. Informative attentive friendly extremely helpful. Overall wonderful experience. Just work in the breakfast restaurant. Also the beach restaurant Cast Away and staff were excellent food and drinks was great.

A great place to relax! Our apartment was very spacious clean and provided complete privacy. There was a large swimming pool right outside. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. And the beach is the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life! I will never forget the fragrance of the air and the color of the ocean water. It simply has to be seen with your own eyes! The bars and restaurants located in the resort offer excellent local and international cuisine. The resort's personnel deserve special appreciation - all are very helpful and friendly. The resort also has a supermarket with awesome personnel who help us with everything and always greeted us with a smile. A great place for the whole family. I can't wait to visit Playa Palmera again! I highly recommend it to everyone. Staying there was truly the best vacation of my life.

We stayed at the resort for 5 days and truly enjoyed our experience! Playa Palmera feels more secluded and relaxed than the hustle and bustle of other resorts. The staff are extremely friendly. The restaurants on the property have all been delicious. Booking excursions was also easy and very fun. Our only complaints were that we were near a building under construction which was often noisy and messy. Noise and mess comes with new features so this isnât a drawback whatsoever. Our bathroom showers also flooded the entire bathroom which was frustrating at times. The resort seems to be a work in process in terms of remodels but we would most definitely stay here again.

I was there with my wife in January. We had large apartment with pool view. Air conditioners and wi fi worked perfectly. Pools are very nice and warm. Beach is less than 500m far from apartment and you can walk or get picked up with carts. As we were on almost every beach in Punta Cana I guarantee that this one is the cleanest without sea weed. There are few bars restaurants and supermarket. Although everything was perfect for us one thing delighted us especially. It is the staff. Everyone including security gardeners waiters cart drivers receptioners... were extremely friendly helpful and smiling all the time. And one tip book directly on their web site to avoid extra costs.

Customer service was excellent except the breakfast place Mami Chula the employee there that was attentive was Jean Carlos the other ladies sadly were rude but the most disappointing was that there numerous of flies inside around the buffer food something needs to be done about that and the food was cold. The Florecita restaurant excellent service and delicious food. Our waiter both nights Juan Carlos was excellent. Also the coffee shop Poppi the lady in the morning her name is Mayelin was great and coffee there was wonderful. She was my favorite. Room service ladies also great. And I must give credit to 3 of the transports on the property Yensy Joche and Luis. The 3 gentleman were friendly and made the experience lots of fun. And lastly Davidson the concierge helped from checking to checkout. Informative attentive friendly extremely helpful. Overall wonderful experience. Just work in the breakfast restaurant. Also the beach restaurant Cast Away and staff were excellent food and drinks was great.

A great place to relax! Our apartment was very spacious clean and provided complete privacy. There was a large swimming pool right outside. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. And the beach is the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life! I will never forget the fragrance of the air and the color of the ocean water. It simply has to be seen with your own eyes! The bars and restaurants located in the resort offer excellent local and international cuisine. The resort's personnel deserve special appreciation - all are very helpful and friendly. The resort also has a supermarket with awesome personnel who help us with everything and always greeted us with a smile. A great place for the whole family. I can't wait to visit Playa Palmera again! He was so helpful nice and made our stay the best. We loved him and we def will request him when we come back. The villa was amazing didnât want to leave. The property was gorgeous and so inviting.
